School onboardingschools@prepshorts.com — codes, rosters, pilots, term reports. Replies within one working day.
Everything elsehelp@prepshorts.com — sign-in trouble, a video that won’t play, a code that won’t verify. Students and parents welcome.
Corrections against the printed book, safety, privacy and grievances, and accessibility each have their own mailbox and their own person. Choosing the reason in the form beside this sends your message straight to the right one — that is what the list is for.
